FedEx reported the workplace fatality Friday morning, Stephanie McFarland, a spokeswoman for the Indiana Department of Labor and its Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration, said. The inspection is expected to be completed within the next 30 days. FedEx did not provide any details about the employee or the accident. The company released the following statement through spokesperson Jim McCluskey. “No words can convey the grief we all feel over the loss our team member, and our prayers and deepest condolences are extended to his family.
